Real Estate Commission in Belize wants to get a house for $6.2M
BALTIMORE — The Baltimore Real Estate Board is offering to buy a house on the corner of Baltimore and Eutaw avenues for $1.7 million.
The board announced Monday that it is asking the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Baltimore to approve the sale.
It also asked the court to dismiss the complaint by an attorney representing the real estate agency.
The Board of Realtors said in a news release that it hopes to make a decision in August.
The agency has a history of being very conservative in its decisions.
For example, it did not allow a family to own a home in the former Belize National Bank building in West Baltimore in 2014.
