Real estate lawyer, real estate broker, real-estate agent indicted on wire fraud
A real estate lawyer and a real-access broker were indicted on charges that they conspired to commit wire fraud in a scheme that netted the U.S. government more than $1.5 million, prosecutors said Wednesday.
John J. Sullivan, 48, of New Orleans, and Robert M. Miller, 48 of Atlanta, were charged in federal court in New Orleans.
Prosecutors said the two are accused of violating a $1 million wire fraud conspiracy in 2014 and 2015.
They were each charged with one count of wire fraud.
