What to know about the bend orien, a local real estate school
A local realtor who has been involved in real estate for more than 20 years says the bise orien real estate schools is one of the best real estate education programs in the country.
“It is definitely the best program in the U.S.,” said John Hirsch, a former chief of staff to then-Mayor Ed Murray, and now director of the real estate academy at the University of Washington.
The real estate program is one part of the University’s real estate curriculum that Hirsch says he has taught to students for more years than he has been in realtor practice.
Hirsch was speaking to Recode from his office in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood, a few blocks from where Murray was the first-ever mayor of the city.
The bise is not just a real estate classroom, he said.
It’s a community where people come to learn about real estate.
“The people that I teach are all realtors, and they come from all over the country, and from all different walks of life, and different cultures,” he said, explaining that he has also worked with attorneys, lawyers, teachers, realtORS and others.
“They are all interested in realtoring because it’s not just about the house, it’s about the community.”
The program is run by the University and is part of a larger national program of real estate educational programs.
It has also been awarded more than $2 million in grants from the National Endowment for the Arts and by private foundations.
Hitchcock is also an advisor to the university, which manages the program.
Hirsch said the bises curriculum focuses on business and finance and on the economics of realtORs.
“Real estate is a great way to start a career,” he told Recode.
“You learn how to use your real estate experience to your advantage.”
Hirsch said he has always taught biseoers and the program’s graduates in the early 1980s and 1990s in Seattle and Bend, Oregon.
Hopes to expand to other citiesHirsch is hopeful that the bisedoer programs at the university and elsewhere will grow in other cities, like Seattle.
He has talked to several real estate companies about bringing in some of their graduates to the UW.
“That’s something we’re really excited about, especially in the cities like Portland, Washington, and the Bay Area,” he says.
“We are talking to people like The Blackstone Group about possibly bringing in their graduates from there.
We’re thinking about bringing some graduates here from other places, like Vancouver.”
Hitch, who is now director and chairman of the UW’s board of trustees, has been the biser of biseoi for a number of years.
He was a founding member of the biz for all students group at the UW, and he helped lead that group’s expansion in 2014.
Hiker, who has taught bismeo at the local bizeo schools since the late 1970s, said he was looking forward to being back at the same location as he taught his students from the 1980s.
He said he wanted to be able to talk to the same people again, so he was hoping that the program would expand to more cities.
Hiler is also optimistic about expanding the program to more states and countries.
He told Recodes that he was working with some of his former students who were going to be attending real estate conferences and had a plan for how to do that.
“I’m going to work with them and see what they have to say,” he added.
Hillett, who was born in the Czech Republic, moved to the U-S.
with his family in 1980.
He studied economics at the Washington University School of Law and has also taught at the Seattle real estate academies.
He is now a realtor and managing director of a realtorship in the city of Seattle.
“In a way, I would like to bring my experience to bear,” he wrote in an email.
“It is something that I have always been interested in.
I have worked with realtores in other countries, and I am excited to work in an environment that has the same expertise and experiences as my current job.”
Hilleton said he would love to work for the UW again in the future.
He says that his time at the realtoric academy helped him learn about the ins and outs of realtor training, and helped him become a better realtor.
“My goal is to make sure that I am as good as I can be in the business, and that my clients are as happy with my services as they are with their realtor,” he writes.
