Why I’m in a tight race to buy my next home – by email

I’m a young mother with two young boys, and one of them is already on the way to university. 

I’m also the proud owner of a house that is a couple of hundred kilometres north of where I live, and I’m already planning for the future. 

So why do I need to buy a new home? 

Well, it’s a good question. 

The short answer is: because I have lots of time. 

It’s not a question that comes up often, but the realisation that I can spend more time with my family, spend time with friends, and spend more money with my children, that is, is driving my decision to buy. 

In fact, I’m about to put the finishing touches to my plans.

If you’re like me, you’ll probably be a little disappointed. 

But there’s one thing that I know for sure: I will never have the time and money to move to another state and start a family. 

And that’s why I’m putting the finishing touch on my plans to buy the property I live in now. 

Here’s what you need to know about the property and why you might want to buy it. 

  What is the property? 

The property is located in the Bozeman Mountains in Montana. 

 The area has been designated as one of the top 10 most valuable real estate regions in the US, and is also home to many of the best skiing, hunting, fishing, and camping opportunities in the area. 

There are about 7,000 people living in the city of Bozemans Montana, and about 300 people live within the town limits. 

Bozeman is the second-most populous city in Montana after St. Louis, and it’s home to more than 8 million people. 

To get to this area of the country, you can take the Montana Freeway south from Missoula, drive west for a little over a mile, and you’ll come to the intersection of the Montana Highway 101 and the Montana Parkway. 

From the interstate, take a right onto the Interstate 70 freeway. 

A quick drive through the area will take you to the Bozo Mountain National Park. 

(The area includes some areas of the park with a few major national monuments, including Mount Rushmore and the Grand Canyon.) 

It is the highest peak in Montana, and there are a few other big mountains in the region. 

What kind of house does it need? 

There is a number of different options for people looking to purchase a house in the mountain region. 

 First, there’s the luxury home market. 

For many people, the ideal home is one that is centrally located, with lots of walking, hiking, and mountain biking opportunities. 

Second, there are the less desirable house prices. 

One popular option is a detached house, and a number are available at very affordable prices. 

 How much does it cost? 

I would say the average house price in the Montana region is $1.2 million, which is a bit lower than the $2.2-3 million price range for many of my friends’ houses. 

That’s not to say you can’t make a decent living buying a house on the outskirts of Bozinem, though, and even the most modest price is more than I can afford. 

How much do I have to save for the house? 

If your budget is tight, it may not be the best option to buy on the market, as there are no state tax deductions. 

On the other hand, you don’t have to worry about having to pay a property tax bill because you can always take a loan from the bank to finance your purchase. 

All I have are my income and my mortgage payment. 

Can I buy it for less than what I paid for it? 

Yes, but that depends on the size of your budget. 

Some people are able to save enough to purchase homes in the mid-to-high-end of the market range, while others will have to find the right mortgage rate. 

Why do I want to purchase this property?

I love the outdoors, and this is a home that has plenty of options for hiking, fishing and skiing. 

While it is less than ideal for most people in the market for a home, I think it’s something I’d like to own. 

When it comes to property, I love to live close to friends and family, and the Boza Mountain National Parks offer great access to many popular recreation opportunities.

So, if I can’t live close enough to friends or family to purchase, why would I ever buy a home?
